Personal service for custom technology projects is my specialty.
A website refresh, a custom WordPress plugin, a network installation.
Same shop, same person on the other end of the email.
Most of my clients are small businesses, nonprofits and community groups.
Tight budgets, board members who rotate, owners who do their own bookkeeping
at the kitchen table. The technology has to be quick to learn, cheap to run
and built so the next person can pick it up.
Notice that every major provider is shoving you toward a self-service AI chatbot
for support these days. Microsoft, Google, your hosting company, your domain
registrar. If you would rather deal with a person who knows your setup and will
pick up the phone, that’s me.
That said, twenty-five years of IT and yes, I’ve gone all-in on AI as a
working tool. I built my own internal operations app (Central) and a fun inventory
app (FridgeStare)
almost entirely with AI assistance. The architecture and the judgment are mine.
The grunt work moves faster.
What that means for you: I know which AI tools are worth the subscription, which
are hype, where they save real money on a small-shop project, and where they will
quietly make a mess. If you want help thinking through AI for your own business,
that’s a conversation I’m happy to have.
I’m based in Everett. I prefer working with neighbors. On-site visits
around Snohomish and King counties are no extra trouble. For everyone else,
we figure it out by phone, email and screen share.
